What counts as a record?
A record is one row in one of your collections: a customer, a property, a student, an invoice. You decide what you keep and how you split it.
WhatsApp messages and conversations do not count. Send as many as you like.
So 5,000 records can be 5,000 customers — or 2,000 customers and 3,000 properties. It's your call.

You decide where the AI works
One agent and one AI budget. It works in two places — with your customers and inside your workspace — and you switch on each side where it helps you. Whatever you leave off spends nothing.

Answers with your data and your tone. You choose which audiences it handles — new leads yes, existing tenants no — and it only replies to the ones you switched on.

Inside the workspace
Searches, analyses, imports a spreadsheet, builds a collection, drafts a campaign. This side is private to your team: nothing that happens here reaches your customers, and it never writes to them on its own.
The switches
- Off until you turn it on. A new workspace answers nothing by itself.
- Per audience: enable it for the contacts you choose and for nobody else.
- Per conversation: step in whenever you like and it goes quiet in that one, carrying on with the rest.
- The website widget has its own switch, separate from WhatsApp.
With the AI off you have exactly the same product — inbox, CRM and campaigns — and you spend nothing on AI.
AI in euros, with a cap you set
Every paid plan includes AI every month, counted in euros. Each action has a fixed price, however long it takes us — the variation is our problem, not yours. So the arithmetic below always holds.

We warn you before you get there, and nothing is deleted. There are no record packs on purpose: if you need more room you move up a plan — and past Scale we build you a Custom one.
The AI pauses until next month or until you top up. The inbox, the CRM, your campaigns and everything else keep working exactly the same. You can buy €10 of AI whenever you want, or turn on auto-recharge up to the cap you set.
In emails sent per month, not in contacts. Sending one campaign to 2,000 people uses 2,000 emails, whether they are new contacts or not.
Yes, directly: Meta bills its official per-message rates to your own WhatsApp Business account, and we add nothing. What your customers send you is free, and so is everything you send from the phone app. From 1 October 2026 each number gets 1,000 free replies a month, and the templates you send are paid by category and country.
No. Seats come with the plan — 5 on Starter, 10 on Business, 25 on Scale. There is no per-seat add-on either: if you need more than 25, that is a Custom plan.
